Reconciliation Action Plan

SSTC recognizes and pays homage to the unique and diverse cultures and languages of the Indigenous peoples, who are the continuing custodians of the unceded nations and countries on which our services are provided in Dharawal/Tharawal land and Gadigal country.

We acknowledge the profound injustices, displacement, and disadvantage that First Nations communities have faced due to European settlement, and the ongoing effects of colonisation. 

We honour the strength and intergenerational resilience of Elders, and their rich cultural heritage and wisdom that has been passed down to current and future community leaders.

We also express our respect for the First Nations employees and participants, and their families and communities that we serve. Our commitment to cultural learning and truth-telling is unwavering as we strive towards reconciliation and becoming a culturally safe employer and disability provider.
